Two of three room apartments have an independent entrance and wide covered verandas. Apartments with 2 rooms are 35 square meters, while apartments with 3 rooms are 60 square meters.

Two rooms apartments are divided into a living room with a kitchen area and a sofa, a bathroom with shower and one bedroom. Three room apartments unlije have 2 bedrooms.

All apartments have a sofa box in the wall, air conditioning and barbecue.
